The more responses we receive, the greater the impact this research will have so we encourage you to share this survey with friends and family and to promote it widely.

This survey is open to all women and people with a cervix aged 25 and over who live in England, Wales, Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man. There is no upper age limit. It doesn’t matter when you last attended cervical screening, or if you have never been – we’d love to hear from you.

Participation in this research is voluntary, and all responses will be kept confidential.
