OOOOOOOO! My cheeses I made at Denman last week are beginning to do their thing! The Cambozola has grown a “furry white coat” of mould and the Stilton has a powdery blue coat. I emailed the Tutor Louise in a total panic in case I had done it wrong. She said “Chill out, this is the fourth panicking email have had. It’s all fine!” Happy Days!
