Bookings…

Zooms – members should book these directly with Federation House by emailing or calling 01926 419998

Trips / Workshops / Lunches etc – members should book all other events through the WI Secretary, you tell her that you would like a ticket for the event or trip and pay her the correct fee. She will collate all of the orders, complete the necessary forms and order the tickets from Federation House for you. We are sorry but at the moment we are unable to process ticket requests from individual members.

Sometimes events and visits are open to guests. However, our 3000+ Warwickshire WI members will always be our priority.

I became a WI member in 2006 following a move to Hatton Park. There is no better way to make new friends than by becoming a WI member, as I discovered when I joined Hatton Park WI. Volunteering to join the committee is one of the best things I have done and over the years, I have enjoyed being Programme Secretary, President and until recently, Secretary.

It was exciting to be co-opted to the Board of Trustees in 2012. During this time, I have been Chairman of the Leisure Activities sub – committee and served as one of the Federation Vice Chairman.
Working with my fellow Trustees, all with the aim of doing our very best for the Warwickshire Federation is a privilege.

Between my family life, which includes helping with three young Grandchildren and my WI involvement, life, thankfully is never dull.

Fitness and Nutrition Day Join us for this exciting event and hear from Susan Price, Head of Nutrition and Dietetics at University Hospital Birmingham. Susan will talk on the importance of good diet to our health & wellbeing. Take part in low to medium intensity aerobic taster sessions with fitness instructor Jill Robson (sessions can be done seated).
