Food demo making spinach and carrot pancakes with raita, showing how to make the most of gram flour for vegan and gluten-free diets using seasonal ingredients.

5.  Make the most out of your slow cooker – Sausage casserole with dumplings demo or steam puddings

Lots of hints and tips on using a slow cooker to make the most of this efficient way of cooking.

  1. Soup is the answer – discover how to make tasty soup and how a few tweaks with herbs and spices can transform it. Stove top garlic bread can be made while the soup is cooking.

All talks cover how you can be more environmentally friendly in the kitchen. Make the most of vegetable scraps, leftovers, and abundance of seasonal ingredients.
