Maker of Mad and Beautiful Things
I give two talks – one is about my bespoke artwork and mad hats and the second talk is about my Indian travels & adventures.
- “Every picture tells a story!” – I bring samples of the watercolour paintings which people commission to tell their life story – from a small picture of the dog, to a full on family celebration for Nana’s 80th, all copied from photographs and stories they’ve told me. I also bring along my Mad Hats – (I do make sensible ones if I have to!)
2. The second talk is about my Indian travels, where I tell of my adventures, and bring lovely samples of the textiles I bought.
