Running away to the circus, lions, camels and other animals

Joseph Fossett is a member of the oldest circus family in the United Kingdom. Joseph has been training animals for over 35 years including lions, tigers, elephants, bears, horses and of course camels.

Joseph and Rebecca started Josephs Amazing Camels in 2000 doing camel racing and camel hire across the UK. The company has grown from just camel racing to camel hire for all occasions including film and TV, Christmas events, promotions, PR events, parties… anything and everything camel!

The business has grown from two camels to eighteen, now the largest camel herd in the UK. In 2021 diversified from entertainment to farming by opening the UK’s first Camel Dairy.
