I offer 3 talks as follows:
1. How to Survive in a Toxic World – this interactive and informative talk includes a trip down Memory Lane and will get you thinking about the impact on our health of a world that has become increasingly toxic. I talk about the importance of good gut health as the key to good general health, and how to reduce our exposure to toxic chemicals that are very often hiding in plain sight in our homes. Both are factors in the quest for a long and healthy life.
2. A Day in the Life of a Quiz Show Contestant – have you ever wondered what it’s like to appear on a TV quiz show? This talk is an entertaining look at my experiences appearing on over 20 TV quiz shows, sharing a few amusing anecdotes and backstage secrets.
3. For Love of Horses – this talk is about the life of the very inspirational Dorothy Brooke who founded the charity The Brooke Hospital for Animals back in 1934 as a result of seeing the British Army war horses abandoned on the streets of Cairo following the end of the First World War. I donate my fee for this talk to the charity
